Bulk Production Planning:
Quality is our first priority, we always start with planning to get the best. We use Six sigma quality Control Process to achieve 99.99 % near to perfection product when manufacturing in bulk.
We start production with Production planning, based on the approved samples, or tech pack, or Physical sample.
For every production we do pre-production sample to verify all the details as per client requirements.
Production Planning involve many steps, Material authentication, patterns testing, material wastage control, production lead time efficiency.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
For Bulk production, we have very low MOQ. It varies product to product, based on the design complexity, minimum supplies used, workers availability for that specific product. We divide 2 categorical production types based on above discussed factors. Simple or Complex Production.
Simple Production MOQ : 20- 50 Depending on the Design
Complex Production MOQ : 50- 100 Depending on the Design
Same factors for the lead time, we can discuss any quantities, for new production or running repeating orders production. A regular order lead time is less then new production lead time. If a production need quick lead time , we do a feasibility and reply back to client demand, reporting how we can manage.
